The record for recalling the capitals of all Indian states was set by Samritha (born on September 16, 2019) of Thiruvarur, Tamil Nadu. She recalled the capitals of all the 28 Indian states in 23 seconds by hearing the names of the states, at the age of 4 years, 11 months and 28 days.
