The record for bending the wrist for the longest duration was set by Mitty Mamachan (born on December 14, 2000) of Kollam, Kerala. She bent the wrist of the left hand for 1 hour and 53 seconds wherein the fingers touched the inner wrist and were held in place using the right hand.
