The record for being the youngest to complete a trek from Gurdwara Gobind Ghat to Gurdwara Hemkund Sahib was set by Jaitsari Kaur Ahuja (born on November 11, 2016) of Kurukshetra, Haryana. She, accompanied by her parents, started trekking from Gurdwara Gobind Ghat on August 11, 2023, and reached Gurdwara Hemkund Sahib (located at a height of 4,572 m above sea level) on August 12, 2023, covering a distance of 19 km, at the age of 6 years, 9 months and 1 day.
